Ivon Huerta
Executive Director

Meet the Executive Director, Ivon Huerta, with a Master's in Public Administration from Brigham Young University, specializing in Nonprofit. Passionate about service, she channels gratitude for personal and professional growth into GHFA Foundation’s mission: breaking down socioeconomic barriers by providing scholarships to pursue education. With a background in business Administration and a board member experience in the Nonprofit sector, Ivon brings excellent communication, leadership, and service skills to the forefront. Committed to enhancing scholars' spiritual, personal, temporal, and professional dimensions through education, Ivon invites you to join in creating a world where scholarships open doors, fostering a future of inclusivity and boundless possibilities.

Ruth Wright
Board Member

Ruth Wright is a sophomore at Brigham Young University, pursuing a degree in International Relations. She served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vancouver, Canada, where she deepened her understanding of faith, relationships, and personal worth. Ruth has a genuine passion for uplifting others and finds daily joy in making a positive impact. An avid soccer player, she embraces the lessons of resilience and hard work that sports have taught her. Beyond athletics, she loves traveling, cherishes time with family, and thrives in the company of others.

Hank Wright
Board Member

Hank Wright is currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. While serving, he has developed a deep love for the people of South America and a passion for building meaningful connections. Hank’s core value is helping others, and he finds joy in lifting those around him. He plans to attend Brigham Young University after completing his mission in the summer of 2025, where he looks forward to continuing his personal and academic growth.

Colin Wright
Founder

Colin Wright was taught  invaluable lessons in charity, christianity, hard work, and humility from his remarkable parents, Denise and Gary Wright. Colin served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Trujillo Peru, where he shared the Gospel.  Following his mission, Colin married his high school sweetheart, Randi.   They are the parents of five children.   Armed with a Finance degree from the University of Utah and a Master's in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, Colin established C.W. Group in 2016.   Green Hill Far Away is an attempt to give back for the many blessings that he has received from Heaven and from his parents.
